GBSF New Year Social!

The GBSF is having a social on Saturday 3rd January 2015 to celebrate the New Year.

We will be gathering from 6pm at The Refinery, located between Waterloo and London Bridge stations in London (http://www.therefinerybar.co.uk - Nearest tube station Southwark).

Partners, families, friends, supporters are all welcome! We would like this celebration of the New Year to include everyone who is in any way a part of the GBSF.

British Fighter Wins World Savate Title


British Fighter Wins World Title in Savate, French Boxing.

6th November 2014, London

In Rome on Saturday night, 1st Nov, James Southwood of London became the first British World Champion in Boxe-Francaise Savate, a kickboxing sport from France.

World Savate Assaut Championships 2014

The World Championships in Savate Assaut 2014 were held In Rome between 30th October and 1st November.

Team GB sent 3 men and 4 women. GBSF President James Southwood became the first ever British World Champion. James Antill won his second World Silver medal. Full report soon.
