GBSF Officials training day 2018-07-28

The opportunity to learn the fundamentals of being a judge being on the team of officials, get a basic judges’ qualification to be an entry level judge at GBSF competitions.

GBSF Squad training 2018

GBSF Squad training 2018 will be as follows:

– All existing squad members are invited to attend and should endeavour to do so to pursue a team place.
– Team places will usually only be given to those competing in the British Championships 2018.
– GBSF Instructors are also welcome to attend these sessions.
– Everyone should register for each day separately in advance using the button below.

The GBSF will be holding a savate boxe training, grading and officials training day hosted by Guildford Savate at Broadwater School, Godalming on 28th October.

Cost:
£25 for training, with (optional) officials seminar and qualification. Or:
£40 to include a grading.

Please discuss grading with your instructor before you register for a grading!

Amri Madani Seminar 30th/31st May

Cambridge Academy, in conjunction with the GBSF, is proud to host a seminar with a legend of Savate, Amri Madani.

Amri is a true champion in ability and manner. An iconic figure in the world of French boxing, with the highest quality of technical skills, he devoted time and energy to his fight preparations to achieve his objectives. He was unbeaten in Savate from March 2003. He was Champion of France Elite A in 2004,

GBSF Judging Stage 13 June 2015 – London

There will be a GSBF judging stage headed by international referee Jasbir Nagi in London on Saturday 13th June.

We are running this stage primarily to transition over to single notation, so everyone who is already a qualified judge is advised to come. There will be some referee training included.

Immediately after the stage there will be 2 hours of national Savate training with the GB Squad coaches.

A 1-Day Savate Stage will be held in Farncombe, Surrey on 7th Feb 2015.

Incorporating an Introduction to Savate and GB Squad training

– Learn Savate, French Boxing, from experienced fighters and trainers
– Even if you have not done Savate before, this day is for you
– Cross-over fighters from other disciplines welcome
– Training, practice and sit-down sessions
– Incorporates GB Squad training
